1. What are the differences between the rooms?
There is no difference between the rooms, both are the same.

2. What do I need to bring to my visit?
Bikini bottoms or boxer shorts for men, and flip-flops. Towels are not required, Hammam will provide towels and a bathrobe per person. If you do not bring any of these to the establishment, you can purchase them for a price of €3 for the swimming suit and €5 for the flip-flops.

3. Does the exfoliating glove cost?
In our treatments, we use an exclusive exfoliating glove for each client. On the first visit, the glove is provided free of charge. In the following sessions, the client can reuse it, and if they do not bring it with them, they can purchase a new one for a cost of €5.

4. Are the rooms private?
Yes, the rooms are completely private for you and your partner.

5. Am I always accompanied by someone?
Yes, you will always be accompanied by a member of the Hammam team.

6. If you tell me it lasts 1h 30min, why does the website only shows 1h when I book it?
This is because it is 1h of treatment + 30min in the relaxation room.

7. Do I have to wear a bathing cap?
No, it is not necessary.

8. If I have any allergies, will I have any problems with the products used during the treatment?
No, all our products are natural.

9. What are your opening hours?
From Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00h to 21:00h, we also have ‘Hammam Nights’ on Saturdays on request until 00:00h.

10. What is the payment method?
Through the payment gateway of our website you can book the treatment, paying a deposit of 50 euros, the rest will be paid at the salon on the day of your visit exclusively in cash, card payment will not be accepted, as the establishment does not have a card payment system (TPV).
